Sometimes it feels like I’m caught in a vortex when it comes to losing weight which is why I decided to try Food Lovers. I’m so sick and tired of slow progress or no progress at all. It’s not like I don’t try to lose weight, I really do. I go to the gym on a regular basis and I try not to eat high calorie and high fatty foods. I’ve cut back on soda and beer and even some of my favorite treats but nothing seems to happen.

Last week I found a great website that listed the best ways to lose weight. I had been looking for a website like this for a while because I have been trying to lose weight for over six months. Many of the methods I have tried have not worked for me and I wanted to find a better weight loss solution. The website listed many weight loss plans and many of these plans I had not heard of before. The plans were ones that others had tried and loved. When I got pregnant last year, I thought that I could handle all of the mood swings, the unusual cravings, and most of all, the weight gain. What I failed to realize was that while my baby was out of my system, all the weight that I had gained during my pregnancy was not. It was disconcerting to say the least that I had gained at least the weight of a teenager. I sorely missed my thin physique. I tried exercising but it hasn’t really done much for me. I need some help getting in shape and I can’t really afford to hire a personal trainer, though I would love to if I was able. I have tried working out to fitness DVDs, but they are so boring I can never stick with them for very long. I have also tried the gym, but I have kids and a husband and rarely find time to go.
